For better or worse, every situation is unique, so please contact us for a meeting where we can discuss your situation in detail and give you a better idea of the expected costs of our handling your matter for you.

However, we can tell you that we are committed to being affordable. We can also tell you our hourly rate, which is $125.00 an hour for most matters, and we can tell you that we won't charge you for things like local postage and faxes, "document fees" or "file maintenance charges".

Real Estate Rates

We offer you the following flat-fee rates:

  • PURCHASE AND 1st MORTGAGE: $650.00
  • SALE: $475.00
  • RE-FINANCE ONLY: $450.00

    (For residential transactions, plus our out-of-pocket expenses, any additional work to fix problems. Please call us for a quote on your commercial transaction.)

    Wills and Estate Planning Rates

  • STANDARD WILL: $300.00
  • STANDARD WILLS (COUPLE): $450.00

    (Includes meeting with you to discuss your needs, preparation of materials, a further meeting with you to explain the documents and witness your signatures, and document storage.)

    (Rates are valid for 2009.)

    G.S.T MUST BE ADDED TO ALL FEES.
